Busy Little Fatty Bee

Man, I'm only updating monthly or 2 mthly now ? Wth ? Year 3 is really busy and is totally driving me nuts. With all the cramp time table and Final Year Project, its is pushing alot of us to our limits. And i'm freaking strecthed. TMD !

My Faculty, is one of the worst man. I got no 10 weeks dedication to my FYP alone, and I have to jaga it along with 7 modules of which i completed 2, and all my other presentations and test. Its literally driving us nuts. let me do a count, 4 skill test, a 2 hour nursing lab theory, 8 presentations and 1 fyp within 14 weeks excluding holidays. Nuts right ? Almost every week got smth big shit going on, Nursing ain't fun, to study and to be. Studying for Nursing = You driving yourself to limits, therefore if you can take it, the equation is like this" Limits + Cannot take it = Drop out or NUTS. Working wise ain't that easy too.

I've read loads of articles due to project research, but apparently, Singapore Nursing Scene seems to be the worst, to think that we have on of the best health care in the region =.= Studies has shown that in US, The nurses are just doing 0.5 person job, they are paid better and their patient ratio reasonably okay. While for Singapore, the results were, we were paid lesser then those in US, we are doing 6 persons job and our patient ratio can be ridiculous up to 12 patients to 1 nurse. And It is for morning and afternoon shift. Night Shift scenes can be as terrible as 24 patients to 1 nurse. And 2 case cock up simultaneously, you are dead. So why is this happening? I really ask myself.

The results came to a conclusion that if US wants to have more nurses, they should pay more as nurses are not paid to match the workload and work time. Then Singapore should do even more, we can't always be hiring foreign nurses to work in Singapore. Government encourages locals to take up nursing, but the pay is meager. If you only have a diploma and nothing else, it its estimated that it will take about 10 years brefore you pay can reach $3000. And lets take a female for example, they graduate at 20 and work non stop till 30, then they have the pay of $3000, and to include that they need to get married and stuffs, they aint going to marry early either. Worst of all, to have a child in Singapore is ridiculously expensive, then they will drag on again or only have 1. So, how can Singapore stop the graying Tsunami ?

In health care system, I once read that no other profession in the health care system is as big as Nursing. Maybe that is why the pay cannot be too high, but the pay aint attracting, working conditions aint that good = turning people off. I probably understand why local nurses would want to go overseas and work. The grass is definitely greener there. Not that they do not love their home country, but probably to get a better life, they got to seek some where else.

The world is going nuts too, especially this year. North Korea trying to act tough and be stupid, putting a sign on the forehead to tell them whack me if you dare. It may be a case of david and golaith, but this round, this david is going to lose. Iran is out of their mind too, That hard liner president, whatever shitty Fuck name he got, is talking crapp straight out from his ass mouth. He is President = Iran in deep shit. Why can't he fucking hell get some brain juice from 7-11 or NTUC and start using, apparently, he needs tonic, but he cant. (Its a Joke)

The world is in chaos so is my life. I wish there is that one person out there to let me rant and complain and lend me the shoulder. But there isn't any one i can think of right now.

Oh, Dun tell me you dun, because whatever you did, its speaking for you. Action speaks louder then words. Counting Down to my Graduation and NS.
